Terms and Conditions:
Corndell furniture is made and supplied to customer order and therefore bespoke.
It is very important that the order acknowledgement
is checked thoroughly. Any changes to the order or cancellation of the order
can be accepted within 7 days of order placement. However, any amendments to
the order beyond this period will incur a charge of 20% of unit/order if the
order has been manufactured.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that
they have ordered the correct options of handles/finish and that the furniture
will fit in their home.
Our prices displayed are the most current
available. However, no commitment to sell at the prices displayed will be made
until you receive your written confirmation from us.
All Corndell manufactured goods are supplied within
4-6 weeks of order subject to Corndell workload at the time of order placement.
All furniture shall be supplied adequately packaged
for protection to eliminate risk of damage during transit. With the exception
of small 1 off items, BFS supply a two man team to deliver all orders to the
customers' door free of charge within the mainland UK* (Not N.I.). For NI &
non-mainland addresses, please ask for a quote.
If the customer requires delivery of their goods to
a specific room, they must ensure a clear and safe passage and take
responsibility.
If assembly has been requested at the time of
order, this shall be carried out by the delivery team and to the satisfaction
of the customer.
All orders are accepted in good faith and shall
remain the property of BFS until final payment has been made. No payment is
required until after delivery and the customer has had time to unpack and
examine their order. Payment may be made by credit card or cheque/cash to BFS
ltd - we allow up to 3 days from receipt of goods before giving a courtesy call
to request payment.
BFS supply quality furniture and therefore customer
issues are minimal. However, should an issue arise, we promise to resolve as
quickly as possible to the customers satisfaction. For minor issues, Corndell
may decide to send a replacement part, instruct their technician to perform a
home visit or replace the entire unit at their discretion.
