Why do you offer ‘NO DEPOSIT-NO PAYMENT UNTIL AFTER DELIVERY’? Everyone will know someone who has lost money paying for furniture in advance and learning that the Company has subsequently ceased to trade. We eliminate that risk for our customers – Simply pay on delivery. In people we trust.
When do you have a sale? We never have a sale! In our opinion, there is nothing more annoying than to purchase an item for £1000 and subsequently find it advertised by the same store for £800 in the ‘sale’ the following week. It makes more sense to make your purchase from a store that aims to offer the most competitive price every day – BFS. How do I pay for my order? There are many options – Buy on line and elect to pay now through our secure site, or select the pay later option and settle your account after you have received your goods. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or Credit card. How long does it take for my order to arrive? From receipt of order, we would anticipate your order will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. At certain busy periods at the Corndell factory, this may stretch to a maximum of 8 weeks. If a particular delivery time is important to you, please mention to the sales team when placing your order.
When do you deliver? We aim to provide a mutually convenient delivery date and time. We often deliver at weekends for our customer convenience. In addition, we always provide an estimated time of arrival, so any waiting around is minimised. A good delivery service is an important part of our excellent service.
Do you deliver to the room of my choice? Yes of course, our delivery teams will make every reasonable effort to place your order within the room of your choice. Should you have a particular difficult access, please mention at the time of order placement. Can you assemble my furniture if required? Yes of course. Our 2 man team is fully trained to assemble the complete Corndell range. Assembly will be required for Tables, Beds and some Wardrobes. This service is optional and available for a nominal sum of £20.00/item due to the time involved. Please request at placement of order.
